I mean Apologize

I read a reply from you on a recent post. My compassion is genuine. My smart remark was addressed to those who see all spending programs as unnessasary pork. I feel this is an example of very valuable 'pork'.

I apologise if offense was taken. I will be more careful with my sarcasm.

I agree, the country is in a real mess right now. Our 2 party system has created a system of an "us against them" mentality that has weakened our country. I did not vote for Obama, but I hope and pray he can change things for the better.

Let's just hope that some of these sweeping changes are a part of making our government more efficient, and our citizens safer, and not part of a larger idea of setting himself up as an authoritarian monarch.
